Refund policy

Digital Products

The Yolingo Library is a digital product containing downloadable PDF books and related digital files. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products cannot be returned after they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, purchases of the Yolingo Library are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product.
• No physical books will be shipped.
• Access to the files may be provided shortly after payment.
• Your right to cancel may end once delivery of the digital content begins, where permitted by applicable law.
• You are responsible for confirming that your device can download, unzip, and open standard PDF files.

Exceptions

We may provide assistance, replacement files, or a refund when appropriate if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received the wrong digital product.
• The files are missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide working replacement files.
• You did not receive access to the product and we are unable to complete delivery.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, please contact us so we can help you access or replace the files.

A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or failure to use the purchased materials does not normally qualify for a refund after access to the digital product has been provided.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
