These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Yolingo Library website, online store, and digital products operated by Foursixninefive.

By visiting our website, placing an order, accessing a download, or using a purchased digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use the product.

1. About Yolingo

Yolingo is owned and operated by Foursixninefive.

In these Terms, “Yolingo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Foursixninefive in its operation of the Yolingo Library website, online store, and digital-product business.

These Terms apply specifically to the Yolingo Library and other digital products sold through yolingo.app and shop.yolingo.app.

They do not govern:

• Purchases made through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces.
• Physical books purchased from Amazon or another retailer.
• Use of the Yolingo mobile application, which may be subject to separate terms.
• Products or services clearly governed by separate terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence to make a purchase.

If you have not reached the age of majority in your place of residence, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the purchase and your use of the product.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.

3. Digital Products

The Yolingo Library is a digital product containing downloadable PDF books and related digital files.

No physical product will be shipped. Product photographs, book mockups, devices, printed pages, and other images appearing on the website are for demonstration purposes. Physical books, phones, tablets, computers, and other devices are not included.

The exact content included in your purchase will be described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, your purchase does not include:

• Future volumes or products.
• Future editions or major updates.
• Physical books.
• Access to paid features in the Yolingo mobile application.
• Subscriptions or memberships.
• Additional products released after your purchase.

We may make reasonable corrections, formatting improvements, or technical updates to the files when necessary.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, previews, prices, and other information accurately.

However, occasional typographical, technical, formatting, pricing, or content errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you, cancel the affected order, or provide an appropriate remedy.

Colours, formatting, image quality, and visual appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, PDF reader, and printer.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated based on your location and the information you provide.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.

An order is accepted when:

• Your payment has been successfully processed; and
• We provide an order confirmation or access to the purchased product.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Payment failure.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Abuse of promotional offers.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Technical problems preventing completion of the order.

If we cancel a successfully paid order before providing access to the product, we will refund the applicable payment.

6. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, access to the digital files may be provided through the checkout page, order-confirmation page, email, download service, or another delivery method described during purchase.

Access may be provided shortly after payment, although temporary delays may occur because of payment verification, email delivery, maintenance, technical problems, or third-party service interruptions.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid and accessible email address.
• Confirming that your email address is entered correctly.
• Checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
• Maintaining access to the email account used for the purchase.
• Using a device capable of downloading and unzipping digital files.
• Installing suitable software for opening standard PDF files.
• Downloading and safely storing your purchased files.
• Keeping your files and download links private.

If you do not receive your files or experience a technical problem, contact us using the information at the end of these Terms.

7. Licence and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased Yolingo Library materials for lawful personal and educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Store the files on devices you personally own or control.
• Print pages for your own personal study.
• Use the materials for your own English-language learning.
• Make reasonable backup copies for your personal use.
• If you are a teacher, print or photocopy individual lesson pages for students you personally teach in your own classroom or course.

Teacher permission is limited to individual lesson pages used directly with the teacher’s own students. It does not permit the distribution of complete books, complete digital files, ZIP folders, download links, or the full Library.

A school, company, tutoring organization, training provider, or other institution that wants broader usage or distribution rights must obtain prior written permission from Foursixninefive.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the files.
• Share complete PDFs, ZIP folders, or download links with another person.
• Upload the files to websites, social-media groups, messaging groups, shared drives, cloud folders, course platforms, databases, or file-sharing services.
• Make the files publicly available.
• Distribute complete books to students, teachers, schools, organizations, customers, or members of the public.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information.
• Claim the content, illustrations, design, files, or branding as your own.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the materials to create, publish, or sell a competing or derivative product.
• Use the files as training data for an artificial-intelligence system without prior written permission.
• Use the website or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, security, payment, or digital-delivery systems.
• Circumvent download restrictions, access controls, or other protective measures.

Your licence may be terminated if you materially violate these Terms. Termination does not affect any other rights or remedies available to Foursixninefive.

9. Intellectual Property

The Yolingo name, product names, lesson text, stories, examples, illustrations, graphics, downloadable files, website content, page designs, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Foursixninefive and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership, or any other intellectual-property rights to you.

You receive only the limited permission to use the purchased product as described in these Terms.

10. Refunds

The Yolingo Library is a digital product that cannot be returned after it has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, subject to the exceptions and legal rights described in our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

11. Educational Disclaimer

Yolingo provides educational materials intended to support English-language learning and practice.

We do not guarantee:

• A particular level of fluency.
• A specific examination or academic result.
• Employment, immigration, or professional outcomes.
• That every expression will be appropriate in every region, situation, or context.
• That the materials will meet every learner’s individual needs.

Learning progress depends on many factors, including the learner’s starting level, study habits, practice, consistency, and individual circumstances.

The materials are not a substitute for professional academic, legal, immigration, employment, financial, or other specialized advice.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and store may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, payment processors, digital-delivery providers, hosting providers, app stores, analytics services, and Amazon.

Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or conduct of a third-party website or service. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.

13. Website and Service Availability

We aim to keep the website, checkout, and digital-delivery services available and functioning properly. However, continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be delayed, restricted, or interrupted because of:

• Maintenance or updates.
• Internet or hosting outages.
• Payment-processing delays.
• Email-delivery problems.
• Security incidents.
• Third-party service failures.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

If a service interruption prevents delivery of a product you have paid for, contact us so we can assist you or provide another appropriate remedy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated in the product description or required by applicable law.

By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that purchase. Updated Terms will apply to future website use and future purchases after they are posted.

This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under the laws of your province, state, country, or place of residence.

19. Severability

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if it is provided in writing by Foursixninefive.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the applicable product description, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and Foursixninefive concerning your purchase and use of the Yolingo Library.
